How Ordering Works

Ordering from Umunyana is simple, and every order is protected. Here are honest answers to the questions we hear most.

When will my coffee arrive?

Our second harvest is on its way from Rwanda. Preorders are open until September 30, and every preorder ships in December 2026. The moment your coffee ships, you will receive an email with tracking.

Do I pay now or later?

Payment is collected at checkout, when you place your order. Preordering early is what lets us buy this harvest directly from the women who grow it. The farmers are paid first.

What if something changes?

If we are ever unable to ship your order, we will contact you and offer a full refund. You can also cancel your preorder for a full refund any time before it ships. Just write to hello@umunyana.com.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Payments are processed securely by Shopify, trusted by millions of stores worldwide. We never see or store your card details.

How do I reorder?

Sign in with just your email address. We send you a six-digit code, so there is no password to remember. Your details are saved, and reordering takes about a minute.

What about the book?

Embrace Life: A Memoir is printed when you order it. Please allow at least two weeks for printing, plus shipping time. Your book is worth the wait.
