Why reserve instead of buy?
Our coffee is harvested once a year in Rwanda's northern highlands. Reserving lets us buy the harvest directly from the women who grow it, farmers paid first, and roast exactly what our customers are waiting for. When the harvest is spoken for, it is finished until next season.

When will my coffee ship?
Harvest N° 02 ships in December 2026. We will send you notes along the way: the harvest, the journey, the roast, and the day your bag ships.

Where is it roasted?
In small batches in Los Angeles, days before shipping, so it reaches you fresh.

Why Rwanda?
High altitude, volcanic soil, and equatorial sun cooled by mountain air grow some of the finest coffee on earth. It is also home. You can read the whole story on our founder page.

Is the coffee certified?
Yes. Our green coffee arrives certified organic and fair trade, and every lot is specialty grade, single origin, from Rwanda's northern highlands. We buy directly from women farmers, and the farmers are paid first.

Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, at any time before your order ships, for a full refund. Reply to your order confirmation email.

What about the book?
Embrace Life is printed when you order it. Please allow at least two weeks for printing, plus shipping.
