Shipping policy
Where we ship from. Every order ships from Los Angeles, California.
Preorders. Coffee from the second harvest is a preorder. It is charged in full at checkout and ships in December 2026. We will email you when your coffee is on its way. If the date changes, we will tell you before it does and you may cancel for a full refund.
Shipping within the United States.
- Economy, 5 to 8 business days: $4.99
- Express, 3 to 5 business days: $9.99
- Free shipping on orders of $72 or more (two bags)
Delivery times begin once your order ships.
Books. Books are printed when you order them. Please allow about two weeks for printing, plus shipping time. Books may ship separately from coffee.
Gift cards. Digital gift cards are delivered by email.
International orders. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. Unless they are shown at checkout, they are not included in our prices.
Lost or damaged packages. If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not arrive, write to hello@umunyana.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will replace it or refund you in full.
