Cancellation policy

Preorders for the second harvest are charged in full at checkout and ship in December 2026. You may cancel your preorder for a full refund at any time before your order ships by replying to your order confirmation email or writing to hello@umunyana.com. If we are ever unable to ship your preorder, we will tell you and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Once an order has shipped, our refund policy applies.
